Minoru Hotta’s studio is based in Tokyo, and for over twenty years, I have had the pleasure of receiving orders not only from within Japan, but from customers all around the world.
Each ring is made to order and carefully crafted to match the customer’s exact ring size.
**I personally handle every step of the process—from design to fabrication and finishing—**with the kind of care that only a small atelier can provide.
I place great importance on quality and attention to detail, so please allow approximately two months from the time of order to completion.

For customers residing in Hong Kong or mainland China, all orders are handled exclusively through Dawn Jewellery in Hong Kong.
At Dawn Jewellery, a wide selection of my sample rings is available, allowing you to see and try them on in person.

Ordering Process
1. Inquiry & Ring Size
If you are interested in placing an order, please feel free to contact me via the inquiry form or by sending a message on Instagram.
If there’s a particular ring you like, you are welcome to send me a screenshot of it—I’ll be happy to provide more details.
For the ring size, simply let me know your size in your country’s standard (e.g., US size, UK size, etc.), and I will take care of the rest with care and precision.
2. Design & Quotation
Once the design, material, width, and size are confirmed, I will prepare a formal quotation for you.
Payment can be made via international bank transfer or PayPal.
If paying by bank transfer
To help offset any transfer fees on your side,
USD 200 will be deducted from the quoted amount.
If paying by PayPal
All PayPal fees will be covered by Minoru Hotta, so there is no additional cost to you.
Please feel free to let me know your preferred payment method.
3. Order Confirmation
Once payment is received, your order will be officially confirmed, and I will begin creating your ring.
4. Production Time
Each ring is carefully handmade by me, one at a time.
The production period is approximately 2 months from the date of confirmation.
If you wish, I can share photos or videos of your ring being made on Instagram during the production process.
5. Shipping
Once your ring is completed, I will notify you and ship it via FedEx International Priority® at no additional cost.
Depending on the destination, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
To help minimize any customs duties or import taxes on your end, I will adjust the declared value on the shipping invoice as appropriately as possible.
Please note that tax policies vary by country and region.
