I opened my small studio in Tokyo in 2006, and since then, I have personally handled every stage of the process, from design and fabrication to finishing.
All rings are made to order. Before formally confirming an order, I carefully discuss each customer’s preferences and ring size, and only finalize the details once everything is fully clarified. For that reason, no payment is required before the order is formally confirmed. Because my rings are high-value pieces, many customers take time to consider their decision. Many of my orders come from customers outside Japan, and in most cases, they are not able to see a sample ring in person. I understand that ordering a ring from abroad can naturally involve uncertainty or questions. To help reduce that uncertainty as much as possible, before an order is formally confirmed, I explain the materials, specifications, size, production time, and price in detail. I also make the quotation clear in advance, and once full payment has been received, the order is formally confirmed and I begin production.
Ordering Process
1. Inquiry & Ring Size
If you are considering placing an order, please feel free to contact me by email or Instagram DM.
If there is a particular ring you are interested in, you are welcome to send me a screenshot of it or let me know its model number. I will be happy to provide more details.
For ring size, please let me know your size using ISO size, US size, or UK size. I will carefully confirm the corresponding size.
2. Design & Quotation
Once the design, material, width, and size have been confirmed, I will prepare a quotation.
Payment can be made by international bank transfer or PayPal.
If paying by bank transfer
I will provide the information needed to make an international transfer to my bank account in Japan. USD 200 will be deducted from the quoted amount to help offset transfer fees on your side.
If paying by PayPal
I will send a PayPal invoice to your email address. All PayPal fees will be covered by me. Depending on the payment options available in your country or region, you may also be able to pay by credit card or debit card.
3. Order Confirmation
Once full payment has been received, your order will be officially confirmed and I will begin production.
4. Production Time
Each ring is handmade by me, one at a time.
The production time is approximately 2 months from the date of order confirmation.
If you wish, I can also share photos or videos of the making process on Instagram.
5. Shipping
Once your ring is completed, I will notify you and ship it via FedEx International Priority®. I arrange shipping with a higher level of coverage than standard shipping, and both the shipping cost and any additional shipping-related fees will be fully covered by me.
Depending on the destination, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
Customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country when you receive the ring. The amount varies depending on each country’s customs regulations and tax rules.
If you would like to estimate the amount in advance, you may refer to your national customs website or use the duty and tax calculator provided by FedEx.
