How to Order
1. Inquiry & Ring Size
If you are considering placing an order, please feel free to contact me by email or Instagram DM.
If there is a particular ring you are interested in, you are welcome to send me a screenshot of it or let me know its model number. I will be happy to provide more details.
For ring size, please let me know your size using the ISO, US, or UK sizing system. I will carefully confirm the corresponding size.

2. Design & Quotation
Once the design, materials, width, ring size, and other specifications have been confirmed, I will prepare a quotation showing the price and estimated production time.
The quotation is for your consideration only, and there is no obligation to place an order.
Bank Transfer
I will provide the information needed to make an international bank transfer to my account in Japan.
The equivalent of USD 200 will be deducted from the quoted amount to help offset international transfer fees.
PayPal
I will send a PayPal invoice to your email address. I will cover any PayPal fees charged to me.
The invoice also includes a QR code that you can scan to open the payment page. In many countries, PayPal invoices can be paid by credit or debit card even without a PayPal account.
PayPal is available for orders up to approximately the amounts shown below.

For orders above the applicable PayPal transaction limit, payment is accepted by international bank transfer only.
The approximate currency amounts above are based on ECB reference exchange rates as of August 26, 2026. Actual equivalent amounts may vary depending on exchange rates at the time of payment.
3. Order Confirmation
Your order will be confirmed once I have received full payment. I will then begin production.
4. Production Time
Each ring is made by me, one at a time.
Production usually takes about two months from the date your order is confirmed. I will also let you know the estimated production time when I prepare your quotation.
If you wish, I can post photos or videos of the making process on Minoru Hotta’s Instagram account so that you can follow the progress of your ring. Please let me know if you would like me to do so.
5. Shipping
Once your ring is completed, I will contact you and ship it via FedEx International Priority®. There is no shipping charge.
The usual transit time for FedEx International Priority® is 1–2 business days, although this may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, or other import-related charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you would like to estimate these costs in advance, please refer to the website of the customs authority in the destination country or region, or use FedEx Global Trade Manager.
